See the legendary Neil Diamond this Thursday at XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut, for only $17.25 a ticket. Although these tickets are for Upper Level seats, regular prices are usually over $50. Plus, for many of Neil Diamond's tour dates in other cities, there are no tickets starting at this level, so Hartford can be "forever in blue jeans" with more dollars in the pocket.
